Welcome to A Free Bird Art Council
Founded in 2020 and officially registered in 2024, A Free Bird Art Council (FBRC) was established by a small group of local artists with a shared vision: to create a supportive community for exchanging artistic ideas, fostering creativity, and providing educational opportunities.

Youth Program – A Free Bird Art Council

A Free Bird Art Council (FBRC) is committed to empowering young artists by fostering leadership, creativity, and community engagement. In collaboration with YYC Youth Coalition and various grassroots organizations, we provide meaningful opportunities for youth to develop their artistic skills, gain leadership experience, and contribute to a more inclusive society.
